These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the philpower online gaming platform accessible at philpower.app ("Platform"), operated by philpower under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using the philpower Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Registration and play is restricted to persons aged 21 years or older, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable in the Philippines.
Each individual may maintain only one active philpower account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate closure and balance forfeiture.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process and Philippine courts.
Online gaming involves financial risk. Only persons aged 21 years or older who are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under Philippine law may use the philpower Platform. If you are under 21, do not access, register, or use the Platform in any manner.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:
The philpower Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. philpower reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
The Platform is operated under a Philippine PAGCOR licence and is intended for use by persons physically located in the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. philpower makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use outside the Philippines.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or affiliated accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. philpower uses technical and manual detection methods to identify multiple accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, philpower reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances, including Real Money Balances, subject to applicable regulations.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
Current employees, directors, officers, and contractors of philpower, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in any real-money gaming or promotional offer on the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. philpower will never request your password via live chat, email, or SMS. You agree to notify philpower immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. philpower shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials or has shared access with a third party.
philpower accepts deposits via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods and ₱500 for bank transfer methods. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
All player transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). philpower does not accept deposits in foreign currencies through standard consumer payment channels.
Players may only deposit funds that legally belong to them. The use of third-party payment methods, credit facilities obtained specifically for gambling, or funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Deposits determined to originate from prohibited sources will be voided, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities under Philippine anti-money-laundering legislation.
GCash and Maya/PayMaya deposits are typically credited to the Player's Account within 3 minutes. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PesoNet may take 15 to 60 minutes depending on the originating financial institution. philpower is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Withdrawals may only be requested from the Real Money Balance. Bonus Balances are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance eligible for withdrawal. KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request is processed, regardless of amount.
philpower targets processing of GCash and Maya/PayMaya withdrawals within 1–2 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are targeted for same-day processing. Processing times are targets only and are subject to compliance review, payment network availability, and the volume of pending requests. philpower is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard daily withdrawal limits apply as published in the Cashier section of the Platform. Single withdrawals exceeding ₱500,000 may require extended processing and additional documentation under PAGCOR and AML compliance requirements.
Withdrawals will generally be processed via the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, to the extent technically feasible. philpower reserves the right to verify that the withdrawal destination account is registered in the Player's legal name as verified through KYC.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by philpower are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. Where specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion. philpower reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus credit date. Unfulfilled bonus amounts and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
philpower employs technical monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer; coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, philpower reserves the right to void bonus balances, associated winnings, and, in cases of deliberate fraud, suspend or permanently close the Account.

All games available on the Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding applicable game rules before placing wagers. In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or interrupted connection during a game round, philpower's system logs constitute the authoritative record of game outcomes. philpower reserves the right to void any game round where a technical fault has materially affected the game's fairness or outcome. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on a per-game basis and are displayed within each game. philpower reserves the right to adjust bet limits without notice. Live casino game limits are as displayed on the applicable game tile or table lobby at the time of play.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Once a self-exclusion has been activated, philpower will not accept any request to reverse or reduce the exclusion period during its active term. philpower reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms; (b) KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; (c) unusual wagering patterns are identified that may indicate fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited automated play; (d) a regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority requires Account action; or (e) the Player has not logged in for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months (dormant account).
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player following completion of any outstanding compliance review, unless forfeiture is required by law or PAGCOR direction.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and data — is the property of philpower or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, adapted, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of philpower.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philpower's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises. philpower shall not be liable for: indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; loss of profits or gaming revenue; interruptions to the Platform caused by factors outside philpower's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or third-party system outages.
Nothing in these Terms limits philpower's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In the event of any dispute between a Player and philpower arising from the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through philpower's internal support escalation process. If resolution cannot be achieved through internal escalation, the dispute may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism applicable to licensed online gaming operators. Players who remain unsatisfied following the PAGCOR process may pursue their rights through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
philpower reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance.
